Bu noktada kaynak t\u00fcketimindeki e\u015fitsizliklerin anla\u015f\u0131labilmesi ve insan kaynakl\u0131 \u00e7evre zarar\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclebilmesi i\u00e7in devreye ekolojik ayak izi kavram\u0131 girmektedir. Gelin, ekolojik ayak iziyle ilgili t\u00fcm detaylar\u0131 birlikte inceleyelim.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ekolojik Ayak \u0130zi Nedir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130nsanlar hayatta kalabilmek i\u00e7in yemek, i\u00e7mek, \u0131s\u0131nmak ve bar\u0131nmak gibi temel gereksinimleri kar\u015f\u0131lamak zorundad\u0131r. Bunu yaparken bitki ve hayvan bazl\u0131 g\u0131dalar\u0131, ormanc\u0131l\u0131k ve kentsel altyap\u0131 \u00fcr\u00fcnlerini kullan\u0131r. D\u00fcnya da t\u00fcketilen ekolojik kaynaklar\u0131 var g\u00fcc\u00fcyle yenilemeye \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131r. Bu denge sanayile\u015fen toplumlar\u0131n \u00fcretim ve t\u00fcketim faaliyetlerindeki art\u0131\u015fla de\u011fi\u015fmi\u015ftir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc sanayile\u015fme do\u011fan\u0131n insan talebi kar\u015f\u0131s\u0131nda yetersiz kalmas\u0131na ve zamanla ekolojik dengenin bozulmas\u0131na neden olmu\u015ftur.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bunun sonucunda 1990&#8217;l\u0131 y\u0131llarda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik savunucusu Mathis Wackernagel ve ekolojist William Rees ekolojik ayak izi kavram\u0131n\u0131 g\u00fcndeme getirmi\u015ftir. \u0130nsan kaynakl\u0131 do\u011faya verilen zarar\u0131 azaltacak, m\u00fcmk\u00fcnse tamamen ortadan kald\u0131racak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler i\u00e7in \u00f6ncelikle ne kadar t\u00fcketti\u011fimizin hesaplanmas\u0131 gerekmi\u015ftir. Ekolojik ayak izi kullan\u0131lan kaynaklar\u0131n yeniden \u00fcretilmesi ve at\u0131klar\u0131n giderilmesi i\u00e7in gerekli co\u011frafi alan hesaplamada kullan\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekolojik ayak izi do\u011fal kaynaklara olan talebi ve arz\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7mekle ilgilenmektedir. Bireylerin veya toplumlar\u0131n t\u00fcketti\u011fi do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131 tekrar yerine koymak ve ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan at\u0131klar\u0131 absorbe etmek i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7 duyulan ekolojik varl\u0131klar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7mektedir. Hayat\u0131n devaml\u0131l\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flamak, gelecek nesillere ya\u015fanabilir bir gezegen b\u0131rakmak i\u00e7in s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirlik kavram\u0131na vurgu yapmakta ve i\u015fe biyolojik kapasiteyi \u00f6l\u00e7mekle ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r. Biyolojik kapasite ise k\u0131saca ekolojik ayak izi hesaplanacak co\u011frafi b\u00f6lgenin do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131 \u00fcretme g\u00fcc\u00fc olarak tan\u0131mlanabilmektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekolojik ayak izi; bireyler, topluluklar, \u00fclkeler veya kurumlar i\u00e7in hesaplanabilmektedir. Her birinin \u00e7evreye olan etkisini ve ne kadar do\u011fal kaynak t\u00fcketti\u011fini ortaya koyan bir ekolojik ayak izi vard\u0131r. Gere\u011finden fazla sat\u0131n al\u0131nan k\u0131yafetler, yar\u0131s\u0131 \u00e7\u00f6pe giden yiyecekler ve \u00fclke s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131 a\u015fan t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 bireysel ekolojik ayak izinin artmas\u0131na neden olan \u00f6rneklerdendir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>E\u011fer bir pop\u00fclasyonun ekolojik ayak izi biyolojik kapasitesini a\u015farsa biyolojik kapasite a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r. Bunu bir \u00f6rnekle anlatabiliriz: Bir \u015fehirde ya\u015fayan toplulu\u011fun ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu mal ve hizmetler bellidir. T\u00fcm bunlar o \u015fehrin topraklar\u0131ndan ve sular\u0131ndan sa\u011flanmaktad\u0131r. Bu \u015fehrin do\u011fal varl\u0131klar\u0131na olan talep ekosistemin yenileyebilece\u011fi miktar\u0131n \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131karsa biyolojik kapasite a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 olu\u015fmaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1072\" height=\"666\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quickcarbon.com\/tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Ekolojik-Ayak-I\u2560czi-Nedir-.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1099\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ekolojik Ayak \u0130zi Neden \u00d6nemlidir?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekolojik ayak izi sayesinde kullan\u0131lan do\u011fal kaynaklar ve mevcut kapasite belirlenerek bunun ne kadar \u00fczerine \u00e7\u0131k\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcm\u00fc yap\u0131labilmektedir. B\u00f6ylece gerekli korunma y\u00f6ntemleri hayata ge\u00e7irilebilir. \u00c7\u00fcnk\u00fc ekolojik a\u00e7\u0131\u011f\u0131 olan bir b\u00f6lge, talebini kar\u015f\u0131lamak i\u00e7in ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 ithal etmeye ba\u015flad\u0131\u011f\u0131nda kendi varl\u0131klar\u0131n\u0131 da yok etmeye ve atmosfere karbondioksit salmaya ba\u015flamaktad\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><a href=\"https:\/\/www.wwf.org.tr\/?12540\/Limit-Asim-Gunu\"><strong>Do\u011fal Hayat\u0131 Koruma Vakf\u0131<\/strong><\/a> (WWF T\u00fcrkiye) 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bize sundu\u011fu do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n %75 daha fazlas\u0131n\u0131 kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131m\u0131z\u0131 a\u00e7\u0131klam\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Yani 1.75 d\u00fcnyam\u0131z var gibi ya\u015f\u0131yor, onu t\u00fcketiyor ve kendini yenilemesine de zaman tan\u0131m\u0131yoruz. E\u011fer t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 bu \u015fekilde devam ederse<a href=\"https:\/\/dergipark.org.tr\/tr\/download\/article-file\/84795#:~:text=%C3%9Clkemizde%20ki%C5%9Fi%20ba%C5%9F%C4%B1na%20d%C3%BC%C5%9Fen%20ayak,yar%C4%B1s%C4%B1n%C4%B1%20karbon%20ayak%20izi%20olu%C5%9Fturmaktad%C4%B1r.\"><strong> 2030<\/strong><\/a> y\u0131l\u0131nda 2, 2050 y\u0131l\u0131nda ise 2.8 gezegene ihtiyac\u0131m\u0131z olabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu nedenle her y\u0131l gezegenimizin biyolojik kapasitesinin tamamen kullan\u0131ld\u0131\u011f\u0131 D\u00fcnya Limit A\u015f\u0131m G\u00fcn\u00fc&#8217;nde ekolojik ayak izi fark\u0131ndal\u0131\u011f\u0131 art\u0131r\u0131lmaya \u00e7al\u0131\u015f\u0131lmaktad\u0131r. D\u00fcnya Limit A\u015f\u0131m G\u00fcn\u00fc d\u00fcnyan\u0131n bir y\u0131lda yenileyebilece\u011fi kaynak kapasitesinin a\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131 durumunu temsil etmektedir. 1971\u2019de 25 Aral\u0131k olarak hesaplanan g\u00fcn, artan kontrols\u00fcz t\u00fcketim nedeniyle 2023&#8217;te 2 A\u011fustos olarak ilan edilmi\u015ftir. T\u00fcrkiye&#8217;nin ise kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131 d\u00fcnya ortalamas\u0131ndan neredeyse 40 g\u00fcn \u00f6nce t\u00fcketti\u011fi tespit edilmi\u015ftir ve T\u00fcrkiye Limit A\u015f\u0131m G\u00fcn\u00fc 22 Haziran olarak hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Bu fark\u0131ndal\u0131k \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar\u0131n\u0131n da ortaya koydu\u011fu \u00fczere do\u011fan\u0131n kendini yenilemesine izin vermeyen a\u015f\u0131r\u0131 t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 yak\u0131n gelecekte su, enerji ve yiyecek s\u0131k\u0131nt\u0131lar\u0131 ya\u015fanmas\u0131na neden olabilir. Ayr\u0131ca ekolojik ayak izi biyo\u00e7e\u015fitlilik kayb\u0131n\u0131n da temel nedenlerinden biridir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekolojik ayak izinin \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fclmesi ve toplumlarda bilinirli\u011finin yayg\u0131nla\u015fmas\u0131 k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fi de olumlu \u015fekilde etkilemektedir. Bu \u00e7er\u00e7evede hem insanlar\u0131n hem di\u011fer canl\u0131 t\u00fcrlerinin ihtiya\u00e7 duydu\u011fu ekolojik alanlar\u0131 olu\u015fturmak ve bu alanlar\u0131n geri d\u00f6nd\u00fcr\u00fclemez \u015fekilde kullan\u0131lmamas\u0131 ad\u0131na \u00e7al\u0131\u015fmalar yapmak \u00f6nemlidir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1072\" height=\"666\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quickcarbon.com\/tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Ekolojik-Ayak-I\u2560czi-Neden-Onemlidir.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1103\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ekolojik Ayak \u0130zi Nas\u0131l Hesaplan\u0131r?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekolojik ayak izi ve biyolojik kapasite, k\u00fcresel hektar (kha) cinsiyle ifade edilir ve \u015fu form\u00fclle belirlenir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekolojik Ayak \u0130zi (ha) = T\u00fcketim x \u00dcretim Alan\u0131 x N\u00fcfus<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>(ha: Hektar = 10.000 m\u00b2)<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Hesaplamay\u0131 yapabilmek i\u00e7in \u00f6nce t\u00fcketim mallar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m \u00f6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc bulunur. \u00d6rne\u011fin t\u00fcketilen besinlerin kilogram a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131, suyun litresi, enerjinin Joule de\u011feri ve kullan\u0131lan a\u011fa\u00e7lar\u0131n ton cinsinden a\u011f\u0131rl\u0131\u011f\u0131 belirlenir. Bu noktada be\u015f farkl\u0131 biyolojik \u00fcretim alan\u0131 hesaplamaya d\u00e2hil edilir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li><strong>Tar\u0131m Alanlar\u0131:<\/strong> \u0130nsan t\u00fcketimi i\u00e7in gerekli olan g\u0131da, lif, hayvan yemi, ya\u011f bitkileri, kau\u00e7uk gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin \u00fcretimi i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan alanlard\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Otlaklar:<\/strong> Et, s\u00fct, deri ve y\u00fcn gibi \u00fcr\u00fcnler i\u00e7in gereken alanlard\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Ormanlar:<\/strong> Kereste, odun gibi orman \u00fcr\u00fcnleri i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan alanlard\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Denizler:<\/strong> Yakalanan deniz \u00fcr\u00fcnleriyle ilgili kullan\u0131lan alanlard\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li><strong>Yap\u0131 Alanlar\u0131:<\/strong> Ula\u015f\u0131m, konut, end\u00fcstriyel yap\u0131lar da d\u00e2hil olmak \u00fczere altyap\u0131yla kapl\u0131 alanlard\u0131r.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>N\u00fcfus ise ekolojik ayak izi hesaplanacak b\u00f6lgedeki do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131 t\u00fcketen insan say\u0131s\u0131n\u0131 ifade eder.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Ekolojik ayak izi bireyler, topluluklar, \u015fehirler, \u015firketler, \u00fclkeler ve d\u00fcnya i\u00e7in ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 hesaplanabilmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, <a href=\"https:\/\/www.britannica.com\/science\/ecological-footprint\"><strong>2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda<\/strong><\/a> d\u00fcnyada ki\u015fi ba\u015f\u0131na d\u00fc\u015fen ekolojik ayak izi 2.6 kha olarak hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayn\u0131 y\u0131l biyolojik kapasiteyse 1.5 kha olarak tespit edilmi\u015ftir. Bu durumda 2023 y\u0131l\u0131nda biyolojik kapasite 1.1 kha a\u015f\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Ayr\u0131ca 2022 y\u0131l\u0131nda ekolojik ayak izi en y\u00fcksek Katar&#8217;da (13.1 kha\/ki\u015fi), en d\u00fc\u015f\u00fck Ruanda&#8217;da (0.55 kha\/ki\u015fi) hesaplanm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Bu tablo \u00fclkelerin refah d\u00fczeyi artt\u0131k\u00e7a ekolojik ayak izlerinin de artt\u0131\u011f\u0131n\u0131 g\u00f6stermektedir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Ekolojik Ayak \u0130zi Nas\u0131l Azalt\u0131l\u0131r?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir bir gelecek ve kaynaklar\u0131n verimli kullan\u0131labilmesi i\u00e7in at\u0131lmas\u0131 gereken ad\u0131mlardan baz\u0131lar\u0131 \u015f\u00f6yle s\u0131ralanabilir:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Bilin\u00e7li t\u00fcketim al\u0131\u015fkanl\u0131klar\u0131 geli\u015ftirerek \u00fcretiminde daha az kaynak gerektiren \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin t\u00fcketimi art\u0131r\u0131labilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yerel ma\u011faza ve marketlerden yap\u0131lan g\u0131da al\u0131\u015fveri\u015fiyle yiyeceklerin nakliye s\u00fcre\u00e7leri k\u0131salt\u0131labilir. Bu da karbon emisyonunun azalt\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 destekleyebilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n yakla\u015f\u0131k %18&#8217;i et \u00fcretiminden kaynaklan\u0131r. Et t\u00fcketimini azaltarak sera gazlar\u0131n\u0131n sal\u0131n\u0131m\u0131 azalt\u0131labilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015ft\u00fcr\u00fclm\u00fc\u015f malzemelerle \u00fcretilen \u00fcr\u00fcnler tercih edilebilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Kaynak kullan\u0131m\u0131nda yenilik\u00e7i, do\u011fa dostu ve teknolojik \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler geli\u015ftirilebilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>D\u00f6ng\u00fcsel ekonomi modeli olarak adland\u0131r\u0131lan modele ge\u00e7ilebilir. Bu modelde bir \u00fcr\u00fcn\u00fcn kullan\u0131m \u00f6mr\u00fc, geri d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015f\u00fcm\u00fc ve yeniden kullan\u0131m\u0131 gibi fakt\u00f6rler dikkate al\u0131n\u0131r.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>At\u0131klar\u0131 ve \u00e7evre kirlili\u011fini azaltarak kaynaklar\u0131n gere\u011finden fazla kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 \u00f6nlenebilir. At\u0131k olu\u015fumunun \u00f6nlenmesi i\u00e7in devlet destekli olarak \u00e7evresel d\u00fczenlemeler ve temiz \u00fcretim gibi uygulamalar hayata ge\u00e7irilebilir.<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Yenilenebilir enerji kaynaklar\u0131n\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 te\u015fvik edilebilir. B\u00f6ylece hem do\u011fal kaynaklar\u0131n kullan\u0131m\u0131 hem karbon emisyonlar\u0131 azalabilir. Yenilenebilir enerji sayesinde iklim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fiyle de etkin \u015fekilde m\u00fccadele edilebilir.<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n\n\n\n<p>T\u00fcm bu \u00f6nlemlerin bireylerden ba\u015flayarak topluluklara, kurumlara ve \u00fclkelere yay\u0131lmas\u0131; nihayetinde uluslararas\u0131 i\u015f birli\u011fi mekanizmas\u0131na d\u00f6n\u00fc\u015fmesi gerekmektedir. \u00dclkeler aras\u0131 bilgi ve deneyim payla\u015f\u0131m\u0131, teknolojinin ortak kullan\u0131ma sunulmas\u0131 ve finansal destek gibi unsurlar ekolojik ayak izinin global \u00f6l\u00e7ekte azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 i\u00e7in etkili \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmlere ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 sa\u011flayabilir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-full\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1072\" height=\"666\" src=\"https:\/\/www.quickcarbon.com\/tr\/wp-content\/uploads\/2024\/06\/Ekolojik-Ayak-I\u2560czi-Nas\u2500\u2592l-Azalt\u2500\u2592l\u2500\u2592r-.jpg\" alt=\"\" class=\"wp-image-1101\"\/><\/figure>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kurumsal S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilirli\u011fin Bir \u00d6l\u00e7\u00fcs\u00fc Olarak Ekolojik Ayak \u0130zi<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>\u015eirketlerin s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir projelere katk\u0131 sunmas\u0131 giderek daha \u00f6nemli bir h\u00e2le gelmektedir. \u00d6rne\u011fin, sermaye piyasalar\u0131 h\u0131zla b\u00fcy\u00fcyen ve geli\u015fmekte olan 7 \u00fclkeyi kapsayan E7 \u00fclkeleri \u00fczerinde bir ara\u015ft\u0131rma yap\u0131lm\u0131\u015ft\u0131r. Buna g\u00f6re kurumsal kalitenin ekolojik ayak izi \u00fczerindeki etkisi <a href=\"http:\/\/esjournal.cumhuriyet.edu.tr\/tr\/pub\/issue\/80631\/1335524\"><strong>ara\u015ft\u0131r\u0131ld\u0131<\/strong><\/a><strong> <\/strong>ve ortaya\u00e7arp\u0131c\u0131 sonu\u00e7lar \u00e7\u0131km\u0131\u015ft\u0131r.
