Kavrama do\u011frudan at\u0131fta bulunulmasa da ekonomik kalk\u0131nma ve \u00e7evre y\u00f6netimi gibi ayr\u0131 ayr\u0131 ele al\u0131nan konular\u0131 uzla\u015ft\u0131racak \u00e7\u00f6z\u00fcmler aramak amac\u0131yla k\u00fcresel i\u015f birli\u011fi fikrine <a href=\"https:\/\/www.iisd.org\/system\/files\/2020-09\/still-one-earth-stockholm-diplomacy_0.pdf\">var\u0131l\u0131r<\/a>. Bu uzla\u015fma s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma kavram\u0131n\u0131n \u00f6n\u00fcn\u00fc a\u00e7ar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma kavram\u0131 ilk kez 1987 y\u0131l\u0131nda Birle\u015fmi\u015f Milletler taraf\u0131ndan yay\u0131mlanan Brundtland Raporu\u2019nda tan\u0131mlan\u0131r. Rapor ad\u0131n\u0131 o d\u00f6nemin D\u00fcnya \u00c7evre ve Kalk\u0131nma Komisyonu (WCED) ba\u015fkan\u0131 olan Gro Harlem Brundtland\u2019den al\u0131r. Ortak Gelece\u011fimiz ad\u0131yla da bilinen raporda s\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma \u201cBug\u00fcn\u00fcn ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 gelecek nesillerin kendi ihtiya\u00e7lar\u0131n\u0131 kar\u015f\u0131lama yetene\u011finden \u00f6d\u00fcn vermeden kar\u015f\u0131layan kalk\u0131nma.&#8221; olarak tan\u0131mlan\u0131r.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma kavram\u0131 toplumlar\u0131n hem \u015fu anda hem gelecek zamanda refah i\u00e7inde ya\u015famas\u0131n\u0131 \u00f6ng\u00f6r\u00fcr. \u0130nsani ya\u015fam ko\u015fullar\u0131n\u0131n olu\u015fturulmas\u0131 kapsam\u0131nda \u00e7evre, ekonomi, at\u0131k y\u00f6netimi, temiz suya ula\u015f\u0131m, f\u0131rsat e\u015fitli\u011fi, a\u00e7l\u0131k, yoksulluk ve benzeri konularda insan\u0131 ilgilendiren pek \u00e7ok fakt\u00f6rle ilgili \u00f6nlemleri kapsar.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>S\u00fcrd\u00fcr\u00fclebilir kalk\u0131nma k\u00fcresel \u00e7apta ayn\u0131 anda d\u00f6rt temel hedefe ula\u015f\u0131lmas\u0131n\u0131 gerektirir.
