GHG (Greenhouse Gas) yani Sera Gaz\u0131 Protokol\u00fc, sera gaz\u0131 emisyonu hesaplamas\u0131nda ve raporlamas\u0131nda yayg\u0131n olarak kullan\u0131lan kapsaml\u0131 bir standartt\u0131r. Uluslararas\u0131 olarak tan\u0131nan bu standart, kamu ve \u00f6zel sekt\u00f6r kurulu\u015flar\u0131n\u0131n emisyonlar\u0131 \u00f6l\u00e7mesi ve y\u00f6netmesi i\u00e7in birtak\u0131m y\u00f6nergeler belirlemi\u015ftir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>\u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011fi k\u00fcresel bir sorun oldu\u011fundan k\u00fcresel ekonomide faaliyet g\u00f6steren i\u015fletmelerin ortak, tutarl\u0131 ve uyumlu bir yakla\u015f\u0131m benimsemesi \u00f6nemlidir. Standartla\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lm\u0131\u015f karbon sal\u0131m\u0131 verilerine dayanarak etkili iklim politikalar\u0131 ve emisyon azalt\u0131m stratejileri olu\u015fturulabilir. U\u00e7ak yap\u0131m\u0131nda kullan\u0131lan \u00e7eli\u011fi \u00fcretmek i\u00e7in kullan\u0131lan enerji ya da i\u015f\u00e7ilerin i\u015fe gitmek i\u00e7in kulland\u0131\u011f\u0131 arabalardan \u00e7\u0131kan duman sebebiyle olu\u015fan emisyonlar kapsam 3&#8217;e d\u00e2hildir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\"><strong>Kapsam 3 Emisyonu: Yukar\u0131 ve A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 Ak\u0131\u015f Emisyonlar\u0131 Nas\u0131l Olu\u015fur?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapsam 3 emisyonlar\u0131 kurulu\u015f taraf\u0131ndan sahip olunmayan veya kontrol edilmeyen ancak kurulu\u015fun de\u011fer zincirinde dolayl\u0131 yoldan etkiledi\u011fi fakt\u00f6rlerden kaynaklanan faaliyetlerin sonucudur. \u0130klim de\u011fi\u015fikli\u011finin etkilerini azaltmak ve ortadan kald\u0131rmak i\u00e7in y\u00fcr\u00fct\u00fclen uygulamalar kapsam\u0131nda do\u011frudan faaliyetlerden kaynaklanmayan emisyonlar\u0131n yani kapsam 3 emisyonlar\u0131n\u0131n da azalt\u0131lmas\u0131 gerekir.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p>Kapsam 1&#8217;in ve 2&#8217;nin s\u0131n\u0131rlar\u0131n\u0131n i\u00e7inde olmayan t\u00fcm emisyonlar\u0131 i\u00e7eren kapsam 3, hem yukar\u0131 hem a\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f faaliyetlerini i\u00e7erir. Yukar\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f emisyonlar\u0131 bir \u015firketin operasyonlar\u0131 i\u00e7in gereken \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin veya hizmetlerin temin edilmesi s\u0131ras\u0131nda ortaya \u00e7\u0131kan emisyonlar\u0131 kapsar. A\u015fa\u011f\u0131 ak\u0131\u015f emisyonlar\u0131ysa \u015firketin \u00fcretti\u011fi \u00fcr\u00fcnlerin veya hizmetlerin m\u00fc\u015fterilere ula\u015ft\u0131r\u0131lmas\u0131 ve m\u00fc\u015fteriler taraf\u0131ndan kullan\u0131lmas\u0131 a\u015famalar\u0131nda olu\u015fan emisyonlard\u0131r.
