Additional Information Sharing Protocol

INFORMATION SHARING CONSENT AND SECRECY SHARING INSTRUCTION TO BE OBTAINED FROM BANK CUSTOMERS

Within the scope of the Energy Efficiency and Carbon Reduction Project carried out between ENERJİSA ENERJİ ÜRETİM A.Ş. ("Enerjisa Üretim") and Akbank T.A.Ş. (together with all its branches, "Akbank") under the Cooperation Protocol dated 02.07.2025 ("Cooperation"), we are considering benefiting from services to calculate and report corporate carbon footprints in accordance with ISO 14064-1:2018 Standard and Greenhouse Gas Protocol (GHG Protocol) through the QuickCarbon platform, which is a software for corporate carbon footprint calculation and reporting without the need for any consultancy service, and/or Border Carbon Adjustment Mechanism Consultancy services, and we request to receive detailed information on this matter ("Purpose").

In this regard, we declare at our own exclusive discretion that the information we share on any and/or all platforms created for Cooperation, including the website at https://www.quickcarbon.com/akbank/, is up-to-date, complete, and accurate. Furthermore, we understand and accept that some of our Company's commercial and corporate information shared within the scope of the Purpose may be shared by Enerjisa Üretim with Akbank and/or by Akbank with Enerjisa Üretim in relation to the Cooperation.

In line with the Purpose and Cooperation stated above, and without prejudice to the provisions of the relevant legislation, we authorize the sharing of;

(i) Company Title

(ii) Company Tax Identification Number (VKN)

(iii) Name, Surname, and Title of the Company Official

(iv) Company Contact Information

(v) Corporate carbon footprint reports and/or BCAM reporting to be prepared within the scope of the services to be provided by Enerjisa Üretim

by Enerjisa Üretim with Akbank, and we explicitly consent and provide our clear instruction to the sharing of such information by Enerjisa Üretim with Akbank in writing, orally, or electronically; we confirm to you that the information constituting customer secrets (including personal data) that may be transmitted by Enerjisa Üretim to Akbank may also include information belonging to third parties, and in such case, we have obtained this information from the relevant third parties in accordance with legislative provisions, and that the instructions, explicit consents, and disclosure obligations for sharing the information of third parties by our Company have been obtained and secured by our Company from the third parties; we know and accept that Akbank may contact our Company for the Purpose upon sharing our information, which we consented to be shared based on the sharing permission and this instruction given to you, with Akbank; we declare that Enerjisa Üretim has no liability regarding the sharing of information with Akbank based on the explicit consent and authorization we have given to you concerning the information we requested to be shared by you under this document; we also consent to the sharing of corporate carbon footprint reports and/or BCAM reportings to be prepared within the scope of services to be provided by Enerjisa Üretim to our Company with Akbank by Enerjisa Üretim for the Purpose; we have given the explicit sharing permission and this instruction regarding all information and documents covered by this consent and instruction in the broadest manner within the limits of the relevant legislation and in compliance with all applicable legislative provisions, including Article 73 of the Banking Law, the Regulation on the Sharing of Secret Information, and the Personal

Data Protection Law; we declare that the content of our authorization can be modified, that Akbank informed us that this authorization is not a prerequisite for the services to be provided by Akbank, and that we have understood the content of our instruction and given it of our own free will.

In line with the Purpose and Cooperation stated above, and without prejudice to the provisions of the relevant legislation, we authorize the sharing of;

(i) Company title

(ii) Company Tax Identification Number (VKN)

(iii) Company Official

(iv) Contact information of our company and company officials consisting of phone, email, and fax numbers

(v) Sector

(vi) Information on whether they are a customer of Akbank or not

by Akbank with Enerjisa Üretim, and we explicitly consent and provide our clear instruction to the sharing of such information by you with Enerjisa Üretim in writing, orally, or electronically; we confirm to Akbank that the information constituting customer secrets (including personal data) that may be transmitted by Akbank to Enerjisa Üretim may also include information belonging to third parties, and in such case, we have obtained this information from the relevant third parties in accordance with legislative provisions, and that the instructions, explicit consents, and disclosure obligations for sharing the information of third parties by our Company have been obtained and secured by our Company from the third parties; we know and accept that Enerjisa Üretim may contact our Company for the Purpose upon sharing our information, which we consented to be shared based on the sharing permission and this instruction given to Akbank, with Enerjisa Üretim; we declare that Akbank has no liability regarding the sharing of information with Enerjisa Üretim based on the explicit consent and authorization we have given to Akbank concerning the information we requested to be shared by Akbank with Enerjisa Üretim under this document; we have given the explicit sharing permission and this instruction regarding all information and documents covered by this consent and instruction in the broadest manner within the limits of the relevant legislation and in compliance with all applicable legislative provisions, including Article 73 of the Banking Law, the Regulation on the Sharing of Secret Information, and the Personal Data Protection Law; we declare that the content of our authorization can be modified, that Akbank informed us that this authorization is not a prerequisite for the services to be provided by Akbank, and that we have understood the content of our instruction and given it of our own free will.

Within the scope of the Energy Efficiency and Carbon Reduction Project conducted under the Cooperation, we warrant at our own exclusive discretion that all our information included and shared on any and/or all platforms created for the Cooperation, including the website Enerjisa.ai/Akbank-energy, is up-to-date, complete, and accurate; in the event that we decide to receive services from Enerjisa Üretim, this decision will belong exclusively to us and will be made within our own commercial discretion, and this decision and its consequences will be deemed to have been carefully evaluated by us; we have not received/will not receive any commitment, guarantee, or similar assurance from Akbank regarding the quality, content, scope, and/or nature of the service we will receive from Enerjisa Üretim; all terms and consequences of the contractual relationship that may be established between Enerjisa Üretim and us will arise only for Enerjisa Üretim and us; in the event that Enerjisa Üretim performs the services to be provided contrary to legislative provisions or the contract to be signed with Enerjisa Üretim, defectively, late, or not at all,

or for any liability regarding its products and services, including but not limited to the nature or quality of the services to be provided to us, the sole responsibility lies with Enerjisa Üretim; except for those directly caused by Akbank, Akbank has no liability to us or other third parties and institutions for any reason, and we will not claim otherwise; Enerjisa Üretim is solely responsible for the complete, accurate, and timely resolution of complaints and demands arising from the products and services to be offered by Enerjisa Üretim, resolving disruptions and problems in its service transactions, obtaining necessary permissions from official institutions, third parties, and right holders, and resolving all kinds of complaints and demands that may come to Enerjisa Üretim and/or Akbank due to these permissions; in short, we irrevocably and unconditionally accept, confirm, and declare that Akbank has no liability and we will not make any claim that it does, regarding the relationship to be established between Enerjisa Üretim and us, including the matters specified herein, under any subject and condition, except for those directly caused by Akbank.

This information sharing consent is limited to the Purpose and Cooperation specified above and will remain valid until notified to you otherwise in writing.

Turkish Law shall apply to this information sharing consent, and Istanbul (Caglayan) Courts are authorized to resolve disputes.
